SHIPPING TO SPAIN
Standard Shipping to Spain (3 to 8 days) : Most standard orders are shipped via a fully trackable service. Your shipping confirmation email will contain a tracking number and a link allowing you to check the status of your order. Your order will typically arrive in 3 to 8 business days, but we recommend waiting approximately 20 business days after the order leaves our warehouse.
Express Shipping to Spain (1 to 4 days) : This service is fully trackable. Your shipping confirmation email will contain a tracking number and a link allowing you to check the status of your order. Your order will typically arrive within 1 to 4 business days of leaving our warehouse.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Transit times will vary depending on the location of the delivery address.
International Standard Delivery: This service may be delivered via a local postal service and may not include a tracking number. If a trackable service is used, your shipping confirmation email will contain a tracking number and a link that will allow you to check the status of your order. Orders are generally delivered within 10 to 20 business days depending on your location; if it takes longer, please allow up to 25 business days after the order leaves our warehouse.
International Express Delivery: This service is fully trackable. Your shipping confirmation email will contain a tracking number and a link that will allow you to check the status of your order. Orders are generally delivered within 10 to 20 business days depending on your location; if it takes longer, please allow up to 10 business days after the order leaves our warehouse.
APPLICABLE TO ALL SHIPMENTS
To qualify for standard shipping, your order must meet the following requirements. If any of these requirements are not met, this shipping option will not be available:
- The order must not weigh more than 2 kg
- The order amount must be less than €150
- The dimensions must not exceed 60 cm x 60 cm x 60 cm
Some more remote locations may experience longer transit times. Costs may depend on the weight and volume of your order.
If an order includes a personalized item, this may extend the shipping time, regardless of the delivery service selected. The estimated shipping time for your order will be indicated at checkout.
Custom orders or personalized items may be shipped via untracked delivery service. If you have not received it, you must notify us within 45 business days of the shipping date. We cannot guarantee further assistance with the whereabouts of your order after 45 business days.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Important information for orders shipping to Mexico
To comply with local regulations, all orders shipping to Mexico require a valid RFC (Tax Identification Number) before delivery. The shipping company will contact you directly to collect this information before delivery.
Administrative expenses
We may charge an administrative fee in addition to shipping costs to cover storage and packaging. These fees will be shown at checkout .
Customs and tariffs
Unless otherwise stated, all items are shipped from the United Kingdom and may be subject to duties and other costs when delivered to another country. The recipient will be responsible for all duties, clearance costs, taxes, or shipping fees. The company will not be responsible for any of these costs.
It's impossible to predict the restrictions and fees that different countries will apply, as these are set by individual governments and can vary greatly from country to country and even between different items. If there are any additional charges pending upon arrival of the product, our carrier will inform you so we can arrange payment.
Different availability periods for items
If you've selected items with different availability times, we'll ship them all together when they're all available.
Shipping orders
Although we try to process and ship your order the same day you place it, there are a few reasons why we may not be able to meet this deadline:

Personalized items: Items that require personalization, such as an additional name, number, or crest, may be shipped with a 3-day delay.
PARTIAL SHIPMENTS
Why weren't all my items shipped together?
Partial shipments may occur for the following reasons:
- Large orders requiring multiple packages
- Special event items with unique shipping dates
- Manufacturer direct items shipped from designated manufacturers
- Shipping items from different facilities
If your items ship separately, you will receive separate shipping confirmations for each package. Only one shipping fee will be charged, and items will be delivered as they become available using the selected shipping method.
